an alien crashes on earth. it dies just moments after exiting its destroyed craft, however, something else it brought with it survived. soon, an alien parasite is spreading throughout the city. its hosts become mindless zombies, feeding on the flesh of others to nourish their parasitic captors. what do you interpret this as? is it the beginning of a war between humans and an unknown alien species? or is it possibly a message, a call for help against another enemy that must be combated by both humans and aliens? will you destroy what we fear, something we have always done, or will you grasp new opportunities and bet your life on something that could cost the life of all of humanity. you decide.
Neither really. More of an accidental release of disease that is mostly the aliens fault, as they should not have come here in the first place. So, a bit of both.
But if the zombies are feeding on the flesh of others... why would I care if they had a message? Their way of getting it across is by eating my flesh, which would suck.
No, thre implication here is that if it was a message then the alien was meant to be coming here to show us. It crashed, and that is why it's free eating flesh.
I think we'd just destroy it. Even if the aliens wanted help they couldn't get it until they contacted and asked for help. And even to help them you'd have to destroy it anyway. It seems that the destroying one has to come in either way. Unless you pick the unmarked option of lay down and take it.
Well,they brought the disease!!! And there trying to kill us,so obviously people are going to react differently,and will probably declare war on the aliens.
well since we have no knowledge of aliens and this would be the forst form of contact war would be pretty dumb since there's nothing to fight against. The only "enemy" we have is dead. the best we can do is analyse the ship and see what technology we can scavange from it and wait for further contact.
um didn't this already happen hasn't anyone seen the movie Species? although i admit there were no "zombies" in the movie but in species II astronauts got taken over by the disease so its sort of zombie-like
well the point of this is to see how all of you would handle a situation as weird as this. and, all of you would do as all humans have done, destroy what we fear regardless of what it is.
