I think I create this on behalf of all those people who are annoyed at the countless number of Spam, mainly the spam threads (aka; pointless random thread)
I put it this way.
Think of ArmorGames forums as a giant E-mail Inbox, and threads are Mail coming into the Inbox. Now the Spam threads are regarded as "junk mail" and are locked and will soon be lost.
In other words, AG FORUM = E-Mail Inbox THREADS = Mail SPAM THREADS = Spam Mail
Now nobody wants spam coming in everyday so what do we do? We block that email address, In AG you will get warned but if you keep up that spamming Im 90% sure you will get "blocked" or in other words, Banned.
Now you know why Mods (and others) HATE it when they get spam threads coming in*. Im sure they get tired of having to look through loads of threads determining whether they are spam or not.
Grats on spamming. (Pointless tangential statement = spam.)
And locking this thread because there's nothing to discuss. People know why, or people who care know why, it doesn't make a difference to people who doesn't. Yes we greatly dislike spam. No, it's not because it's the same as spam email. It would maybe be if my mailbox didn't have a spam filter and more of the spam threads were links to porn sites, though.
