psych... well, go free will 4/4 x2, traumatize 2/2 x2, add corruption because that debuff of the Baron is shadow and IIRC unable to get dispelled, add electric storm any level x1 and you're pretty much set. Do traumatize, terrify or other attack, traumatize, something, let the Baron wreck 2 times (one will be ticktock), free will the kid who gets affected, then when the Baron is regenerating focus and losing HP go with corruption. You might find Insecurity a good thing against him as well.
When he runs out of focus, he regenerates it with a self-damaging attack. You might have noticed this already. That will be how you do most of the damage on him. I think he does it twice, then switches to a similar debuff.
Use Traumatize a lot. That stuns and takes out focus, perfect for what you need. The damage he does to himself is shadow, so you can try to make himself do more damage if you want, with dark echoes, or insecurity. He'll then start using some other debuff that makes your attacks like 3000% stronger or something else stupid. So have at least one skill for damage.
Of course, you'll need something defensive, too, and focus regen.

Holy Scars causes 10x normal damage.
Instead of attacking when he gets Holy Scars, try to keep his focus dry. He'll still use Deep Burning (gain focus, take damage), but it'll do 10x damage and kill him. I imagine it's harder to do this with a psycho, but it should be possible.
I'm a lvl 16 Biological i still cant kill him i get him down to 35000 hp and then i lose both teammates. Then because i only have passive healing for 50 i cannot survive past his attack that takes 10% dmg every turn for 10 turns. Can someone help me out??
Try to knock him out as much as possible so he can't do the "Tick Tock". Soon he will do this move that makes him extremly vuneralble. Then, go for the kill.
i am biological and with predator form and distroy + agile exposure you can't lose... of course is good that thing with if i die and my friends(veradux...)kill him you can go at the next battle

When the baron got the holy scars give him your strongest and best shot you have it will have a great damage hat can knock him out! .Watch out for tick tocks too! hope it helps! =^-^=
im probaly realy crap at the game , im a level 12 psy and i can only get him onto 18 k hp , but i die shortly , i have 2.4k hp and with my two teammates we still get screwed , ive got 4/4 dark echoes 4/4 placebo 1/4 destruction and salvation 4/5 tenacity and 2/2 traumatize , but still i cant manage to kill him , and its getting annoying lol
