So Obama has made his pick to replace David Souter. He has chosen federal appeals judge Sonia Sotomayor. If the Senate confirms Obama's pick she will be the first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice. How does everyone feel about her as Obamas choice?
I feel that she boasts the experience, it is a progressive choice. Sotomayor would be unlikely to alter the ideological balance of the court, however she is much younger than Souter, giving a much different veiw point.
