Slipknot has some amazing songs but i have loved metallica sence i was 7
Metallica, no doubt about it. Slipknot is cheesy, and wanna be Death Metal. Also they don't write very well music. And the masks...give me a break.

Metallica is way better. They have my favorite guitarist. Kirk Hammett! Plus their music has a good variation and the solos are amazing.Slipknot fails.
I Am A Huge Fan Of Both Of These Bands But Mettalica Have Cemented Themselves As Metal Gods And Slipknot Brings A New Sound To Metal So I Cant Choose
