The games on armorgames are being posted on other websites. They are taking are members to cheesy fake websites like freewebs and crap like that. I have just experienced it. i was messing around with it and it let me make territory war for free!!!! FROM AMORGAMES!!!!!!!!!! We must act if you agree or disagree post on my profile thank you
It was kind of hard to understand your post. But your saying other sites are taking Armor Games games? I have seen a account called Addicting Games. So there taking members go to freewebs to submit games they created or something? I don't like it, they calling us Idiots!
Yeah... AG's games aren't all exclusive to AG... Lot's of other sites use some of the same games we have here... Also, whats with the thread you made thats like, a freakin essay in title length?
There are alot of Freeweb made sites using Armor Games Exclusive games, but then getting rid of the Armor Games start and putting in "Made By Me! Nobody Else!" and they are not the creators and guess what? they took the swf. file by using some hacking program to make a copy of the file then getting rid of the Armor Games start and the other starts, putting in what i just said before and finally getting rid of the credits and putting in "Thanks for playing! I DIDNT STEAL IT!!11!!" where the credits should be.
And its not only happening with Armor Games!
on a place called CakeBomb there was this vid called "ASDF Movie" then Aniboom stole it and put it as "Funny Stickmen Gone Wild - Funny Animation" in YouTube and they get rid of the credits.
And some noobs are taking movies and saying thats there. iv seen every Eddsworld animation being taken by some noob and then being on YouTube, saying its theres! and they get rid of the Intro and Ending!
I dont know how all this stuff is getting stolen, but really these hacking things should be banned from the net! its causing alot of trouble.
have to remind you, that SWF is a decompilable source. Nevertheless, this practice violates copyright rules. Unfortunately, this plain cannot be banned due to the Internet's globality. You ban it in US, it floats up in say Antigua and Barbuda (place any other country's name if you want). My neighbors are now having similar problems, some people copy out their writings without permissions and publish them as their own. But still, you can copy any content you receive through the internet, don't forget about IE internet cache for example, I was using this method to play Bowmaster:Prelude on a computer that's not connected to Internet. I am only against those who put someone else's work, stripped or altered somehow, as totally their own work. I find it normal that persons copy something "as is", unmodified, publish it somewhere while retaining original authorship.
