I am currently working on a sim for S2 that would allow the testing of new class ideas. I have created it in VB (I don't know flash, nor do I want to have all the necessary bells and whistles that flash needs) on another computer that will soon be unavailable.
Unfortunately, my home computer has refused to download VB. The program: vb_setup.exe refuses to run properly. It runs perfectly until the progress bar reaches about 25%. At this point it stops all together. I have no idea why this is.
Other info: I didn't put this in S2 forum because it is only for that purpose. The solution has nothing to do with it. I din't put this in Programming Help b/c its not the programming I have trouble with. I have Vista.
Seriously, hat sometimes happens with me too. The download bar stops. That problem usually disappears after a day or two. Sometimes the problem is from the site.
