OK, here is how to build a good castle without lagging the game up. I'll go through some of the materials and their strengths/weaknesses.

Wood-Has a habit of "Holding things together"(Lol Pun).
Weak if hit directly with force, but holds other materials next to it together.

Brick-A well rounded piece. It has average resistance against direct force, and average strength of holding other pieces together.

Metal-Very strong resistance against direct force, but doesn't hold materials next to it together.

Now I'm going to explain where these pieces go next in multi layered walls/floors/ect.

Wood-Best in the middle, away from the force and at the center, where it can best hold things together.

Brick-this one depends how many layers there is. Using it's strengths/weaknesses mentioned above, you decide.

Metal-Best on the outside. prevents the castle from caving in, and other materials don't need to rely on it holding them together.

Now onto props.

Pointy Wood thingy-Not really good for anything, but adds a nice visual touch to your castle.

Semi-Broken Brick- Can't be tossed around as much as the Pointy Wood thingy. It's better used than the Pointy Wood thingy, but in my opinion, the Pointy Wood thingy adds a better visual touch(Ugh, that was a mouthful).

Castle Top-Ugh, people misuse this so much(Invincible castles. Nuff said). It resists direct force even BETTER than metal, and holds things together good, but not as good as wood.

Hope this helped everyone.

Nice tips i always used just metal or metal and bricks and wondered why it was so easily destroyed, but that works much better.

Oh thanks. I thought that the wood and metal beam attributes were the other way around. (I usually used wood on the outside of a stack) Thanks again for the tips.
