I just ran into this problem myself, and after a moment of panic No_Stress provided the answer. What happened is I'd denied extra Flash player storage Armor Games requested.
Do a search for a folder named "sonny-2-2900.swf". It may be hidden. In my case, the save files were still there named "achSlot" and "slot1", "slot2", etc. Then I allowed the extra storage and a new folder also named sonny-2-2900.swf was created in cache.armorgames.com\\files\\games. I copied all the files from the first folder to the second and got all my saved games and achievements back.
