This may sound mean, but trust me if you went to my school you might have done worse because the idiots there.
My only friend at my school was sitting alone, when someone threw a picture of a person, and they made it REALLY REALLY FAT, it said his name on it. I defended him and triped the guy, grabbed his hand twisted it around his back and slammed him against the locker, I told him to never call him anything again. (He really isn't fat at all, and it made him really sad.) That's all.

i don't like to remember how nice i was because that turns into arguments expecting niceness back or turns into pride and narcissism

So you veiw yourself as a mean person? If someone does something nice for someone without getting asked to do it, they shouldn't suspect something in return, and besides, that what friends SHOULD do.

what friends should do is dependant on your own past experiences and opinions, everyone's should is different though there is a stereotype in which most people base their beliefs of should off of

no I don't intend to be mean rather not store it as something important in my subconcious for risk (and i have seen this many times) of developing an unrealistic egotistical attitude

in short i'd rather forget and stay modest

everything depends on the situation, friend, and mindset
