Well, what's the first thing to do when solving a crime? The way I see it, the first things to establish are the when and the how- to narrow it down to the who.

Well, when this supposedly happened I was passed out in the Armusement Park, with blood drying in my hair. And all I know how to do is make stuff freeze. It could still be thoad, if he has any automatic weapons that still work.
