Shouldn't you know better than to trust anyone (even yourself) to be on time? Or for that matter, to actually inform of such delay, or to give any information, that could progress your own work when the segments are not coming in?
It has been two years, and still "If you are going to be delayed, tell us, so that we can work around it" is not an option.
I am going to be (even more) disappointed, if this continues past the deadline for my BA because of lack of information. It has been a tough piece of work, and seeing it lack behind even now, because of people being unable to write "Sorry, delay, ill/homework/arse" in an email is amazingly annoying.
Even a "Sorry, can't work on story, but this is what I was going to do" would work, because there is actually something to work with. But no. Sadly, all we get in is spam.
I guess you should be happy I am just a co-host, and not running this thing. You might not have liked what I would have done to your characters.
