Congratulations on trying to link all these unrelated issues together into 1, namely overpopulation.

For the record I do support the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, but not because it decreases the population of the planet. If you really want to save resources for the future go kill some Americans. They are statistically the most wasteful people on the planet.

Really though, nless you are willing to apply these standards to yourself and would be willing to commit suicide the save resources, then I can't see how you would be able to support this stance.
