Armor games is providing an awesome flash gaming website complete with profiles, forums, messaging, the games themselves; so do you think they should pay for the servers that host the material, the bandwidth usage from the isp, the staff required to run and administrate the site out of their own pockets?
I think it's awesome that they can provide the services they do *without* charging money for it; so if they need to host advertisements to keep the site free & continue to give us this great product - I'm 100% behind them.
no lowering themselves to doing to like that, im all for ads and all, but its annoying to have it like that.. and armorgames is amazing i agree 100% best gaming site i know
how many topics do you actually read that are a big deal? this is a gaming site.. it has no impact on my life.
It's not a problem at all. The ads are stupid, but I can just as easily skip them. Besides, that nothing compared to the pop-ups on other websites. I have been the 10,000th visitor more than once for almost every website. :/
It's funny, I've noticed the ads on the desktop I have, but for some reason they do't pop up on my laptop, I guess it must be the setting on my laptop. Anyway I don't mind the adds since you can skip them after a few seconds, at leat it's not as bad as mindjolt, there you have to sit through an add everytime you play a game: one play, one ad, another play, another ad...
