It says"Defeat the Mayor without using any training fights, and without repeating any defeated bosses. This can only be done on heroic difficulty
I am currently playing on Heroic difficulty but the thing I don't get is the part that "without using any training fights and without repeating any defeated bosses" Does it mean that even level 1 I cannot use training fights? from any level I cannont use training fights? Then I should make a new char from scratch becaus starting at level 3 I used training fights does this mean I don't have a chance to open Zone 7?
That is correct. Essentially you have to avoid at ALL costs the YELLOW button on the world maps ie: The training button. You cannot train, not even once. Not until you have defeated the mayor.
The other condition is that you cannot go back to a previous zone you have completed and re-hit the Red button (in order to re-fight the previous zone's boss). The reason for this is because that too is considered training.
Once the mayor is defeated without having trained using the Training button to revisiting a previous zone's boss. It unlocks Zone 6.
And yes certain fights (without training) may seem almost impossible at times. But I assure you, each class (Psycho, Bio and Hyrdro) are each capable of achieving this.
It comes down to using the right strategy ie: Selecting the proper skills, and a bit of luck at times. But more the strategy then the luck.
It's an extreamly hard but rewarding challenge to achieve it.
Plus I believe it's the absolute best way to play Sonny 2.
And yes once you have deefeated the mayor and achieved the Legend achievement, you are then 100% free to train as much as you want and get your char to Lvl 30 in preperation for Zone 6 and 7.
Actually yes, but not with "challenging" difficulty setting.
ie: You need to be on Heroic and zone 6 and 7 will be unlocked (if another char has already achieved Legend).
I've just tested this by starting a new char , first with "Challenging" difficulty and when I went to the world map, zone 6 and 7 were not showing. I started again with a new Char on Heroic, and on the world map, zone 6 and 7 were now there.
So to summarize, you only need to do the Achievement for Legend once. After that you need only need to play always on Heroic.

To beat Twisted Experiment, spec for Reform, and let your teammates do the damage. Heal your teammates with Reform when needed. It takes a while but it works. Actually, I used a defensive build based on Reform and Crystallize up until zone five.
