Firstly the reason i had to was because i didn't turn in the work to one of the only classes you need to pass, English. Now the only reason I'm not taking 2 semesters is because I aced the final... :]

First day (yesterday) I got this unfun, organizational, follow-by-the-book teacher. I could already tell she was in way over her head. She said we were not "allowed" to watch any movies. We were going to read a novel. I didn't get very far before we had to talk about bookwork and grammar. Throughout the whole day no one could use the bathroom or get a drink.
Today a new teacher came and took 1/3 of each of the 3 classes downstairs. She was an AP government and world history teacher. The first thing we did that day was watch the movie of the book I was supposed to read (of mice and men). Inbetween certain parts we took breaks. After the movie was over there were no notes and we hadda in- class discussion.
I've never been to summer school. I'm in accelerated classes for every subject. . .only one quarter since 3rd grade where I had Bs, and it was because of a ditzy teacher, personal matters, and sickness.

Never been to summer school, but I'm not super-smart either. I get some As and some Bs.
i have never gone to summer school at all...I was good enough to even skip a grade, but I turned down the offer. Everybody else would be taller than me.
