I don't know if you guys heard about this, but an old women of 72 got pulled over for speeding on a Highway by a Police Officer. Shouldn't sign her ticket and was arguing with the cop. They were right next to the road with speeding cars, and shee was pushing him close to it so he threw her back. He warned the lady, and said he would taze her if she didn't obey. She said, I dare you, and he did. They got it all on film from the cops car. Should he have tazed her? Should he just have cuffed' her? What do you think people of AG??
Hahaha. It's funny to me, and the video's even funnier. Actually, he was following proper procedure as she was not complying with him after he told her repeatedly to get back in her truck. They even got in a loud yelling confrontation and warned her that he was going to taze her. That's what happens when you don't sign a speeding ticket and mouth off to a cop.
I guess it was down to the judgement of the cop, but really, it's pretty dumb to aggravate a police officer with a tazer, especially after they've warned you.
If I was in the cops shoes though, I might have hesistated to taze her due to the fact she was old and might have a heart condition.
did you see the video??? I did!! She did more then just push him, he shoved past him multiple times, and she cussed him, and dared him to taze her. She was asking for trouble. and, to find video go to,
I saw the video and as far as I can tell the officer may have been overly rough with her but theres a reason for it. He shoved her first but it's becasue she wasn't co-operating and he moved them off of the highway for their own safety. She did curse at him and she did taunt him to taser her. He warned her five times or more to step back or she was going to get tasered and she said she was getting back in her truck and then he tasered her. Later on she said the police report was a total lie and now shes hiring a lawyer to protect her rights.
She refused to pay the ticket, she would have rather been arrested on the spot, but then she decided to sign the ticket and became irate. I don't think the officer was wrong in tasering her.
He did the right think, if she's pushing him towards traffic that is highly dangerous and he can't accept that kind of behavior. She should have just signed the ticket and moved on and if she's so against it fight it in court later, it doesn't prove guilt to sign a ticket, just that you recieved it.
I supose it's irrelevant how old she is. If someone is showing agression towards a police officer whose job is to stop people doing that exact kind of thing and they're warned it's their problem from then on.
