Well, I like using the computer for games, like free multiplayer (compared to Xbox), or cheats on the game, but I also like Consoles better because its not laggy and it has good graphics, which would you think is better to play with???

Console gaming for sure. Theres no limit to the potenial of a game console because thats what it was made for. You can play on massive screens with incrediable graphics. PC games are limited to the size of your monitor and your graphics card.

There's absolutely a limit to the potential of a gaming console. It's called 'the hardware'. Sure, the stuff is close to brand new in terms of the components when the console is first released, but as the generation drags on, the console becomes more and more obsolete.

You can't say the PC is limited by the size of the monitor & graphics card and not say the same thing about consoles. After all, you still need to buy that 'massive screen' (which I'll add, you could use your PC with too) and at least you can upgrade your graphics card, whereas with a console, you're stuck with the original design.

PCs were not originally made for gaming, and still aren't(most of them anyway). They slow down your computer.

This sentence doesn't make sense grammatically. I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

Also, ALL consoles are cheaper than PCs(At least the modern ones).

I can easily put a machine together for less money then a PS3.

Console games have more variety.

You'll need to back up that statement with some proof.

Some of the game's(but not all) keyboard controls feel awkward to me.
Consoles feel more natural(at least to me).

Those aren't objective statements.

Your other points about laptops & portables, and the unique consoles have merit.

Most of the console games are also available for PC. I know with Cod 5 for PC you mod tools that allow you to build new multiplayer maps and new nazi zombie maps. I also like having the convince of playing the games at the airport or someplace other than my house. The whole thing about consoles having better graphics is ridiculous, the graphics are determined by the producers, not by the machine.

you have to replace them once per year.

Not if you take care of it.
And that's only the case with a 360.

Console always gets the games before PC. As for variety, updates, user created content, PC wins out.

PC games allow you to edit the files. As a result, people can mess around with the game's characteristics which can have unique results. On the other hand, consoles are restricted in this matter and can only play games which are supported by the hardware. PCs give consumers the opportunity to choose a variety of games to play such as flash. Console games are formatted to the current-gen software and cannot be modified beyond those benchmarks unlike many PCs. While consoles may satisfy the common gamer's needs, PCs present a whole new level of versatility to the hardcore gamer crowd.

'Tis a very tough choice. Dont get me wrong, i love both console and computer games. Theres a lot of factors, such as lag, which has more problems, downloadable content, cost of games, needed updates, graphics, and simpler gameplay. All together, i have to give it to consoles. Mainly the Xbox 360. Fear not PC, i still love you!

I highly doubt there will be an implementation of anything so sophisticated for consoles either in the near future; certainly not for games like GoW or Halo.
