Russia was just one part of the Soviet Union, Granted it was the main part but thats not too important. The USSR (Soviet Union) was a collection of states that were Soviet, the union broke up but most of the countries stayed on. (some like Yogoslavia kinda broke down I think). <tries to think of a bad analogy> If the united states broke up California would still exist. >.>

If the USSR never broke up they would have stolen all the secret dinsey criogenic technology etc. and they would have brought Lenin back to life. Lenin would then have beaten them up for lettingstalin get into power and for not just reading out his will.

Now i get it( a little). But even little is enough for the great minded sonam.

If they hadnt broken up, they would be trying to take the world under their control while hitler and the allies would be fighting against them. But eventually the soviet union wins and makes everyone wear a shirt saying soviet rules. They dont do anything brutal like the holocaust but make people wear the shirt all the time.

I thought thats what it meant. Well they would still be power hungry just like they still. They also might have tried to expand more and invade surrounding countries.

If the Soviet Union hadn't broken up, we'd be at war with the USSR and the Middle East.

Uhh they'd probably be nuked and in the war they lost like 40 million men prob the reason they broke up.

If the Soviet Union hadn't broken up, the would probably make an alliance with North Korea and China, two major Communist countries. North Korea would probably fight the United States and some of Asia, while the Soviet Union would fight Europe.

or it would eventually be the economic superpower, controlling all prices through a monopoly

Hehe. Stalin did mess things up.

Though actually I think the USSR would still be in a state of cold war with the US. Whether or not a war would actually break out is an uncertainty.

What if USSR never broke up?
Interetsing question...
The world is now lead by Communists...
facebook doesn't exist anymore...too dangerous...
Twilight doesn't exist anymore...not too dangerous, too lame for bright spirits...
This site is called StalineGames, and we don't earn armor points, but goulagh points...
The games are all based on anti-capitalist thoughts...
Capitalist are hunted, and they where forced to hide in a small iced-planet named Hoth...
Peer-to-Peer is the law, we have to share everything we have...but on eMule you no longer find Punk, or Metal...you find gregorians chorals, or military anthemns...
And I'm not Dunadan, I'm Dunadanovitch...
Great time!^^

"The soviet union broke up" please, Russia didn't lose any of its power in the process. If the Soviet Union was still existing, tensions between the US and them would be much higher, we probably would have had a nuclear war in the late 90's. That war would have blown up half the world, except Mexico, India and China would have survived, ( the labor backbone of the world has to keep going). It doesn't even really matter the USSR broke up, Russia is still communist with as much nuclear warheads and high tension between them and the US.....they would probably be more careless, thats all.
