Was there ever a time when something you saw or heard almost gave you a heart attack?
When I first watched Scary Movie 3, I was about 4 years old. When Tabitha transformed quickly into a monster, I got scared out of my skull. I literally freaked out and ran maniacally around the house 3 times.
Also, I apologize in advance if this thread already exists, I didn't see any thread like this and I was interested in this subject.
Mine was probably when I was sleeping my little brother jumped on me and took out a toy knife and held it to my throat, well it was scary until I broke his arm...
Hmmm probably when I was in the bathroom in our summer villa. Everybody was outside swimming and I'd gone back in for a bit of rest. I was lying down dozing and I hadn't heard my sister sneak in, put on a scary mask (not that scary but..) and woke me up with a "RAAAAAAARGHGHGH!!!" and I woke up screaming to that ugly face. Seriously scary and note I was nine at the time. I punished her for it afterwards....revenge
One time, I had no idea how to swim but I was in my cousin's pool. So i just held onto the side of the pool, when I went deeper(still hanging on) and I noticed I was very light(still holding on) I continued even deeper. I don;t know what happened then but I slipped and I almost lost all my breathe and couldn't move my body and couldn't swim. I was terrified and was close to being totally knocked out!
(I have 2 older brothers that make me watch a bunch of horror movies, now they stopped forcing me to watch.) One night about last week i woke up at 3 A.M. I went to the bathroom and EVERY scary thing i have seen flashed before my eyes. I got paralyzed in fear and collapsed and passed out.
that wasnt the scariest thing that happened to me, it was just off the top of my head.
my baseball team was having a pool party to celebrate us winning the championship, being #1, and for the end of the season. i didnt know how to swim so i stayed at the shallow end the entire time until i took a foam noodle thing, to help me stay afloat, to the deep end and i slipped and started freaking out... i got to the surface a few times, went udner a few times, but got out eventually. the experience lasted like 10-20 seconds but was horrifying to me cause i thought i would drown!
Hmmm, I was sitting on my couch watching T.V. as usual, and I saw a bright flash, a blinding one. Then a few seconds later, I suddenly saw myself laying down on the couch instead of sitting up, and my neck felt a liitle strange and I found a cut on my arm, which wasn't there before. I was freakin scared. When I look out the window I say a bright purple green flash out in the sky. It was freaking weird. My speculations, it was some sort of aliens.
i was adopted at age of 3 months... i still remember it... my biological mother brought me to the orphan house... sadly crying i've been there for a while... i could see the other kids playing... i could see myself sitting in a corner... then on a day someone noticed me
they picked me up and hugged me
put me on a desk and i saw a lot of paperwork and stuff
i was taking a shower during a severe thunderstorm (sev T-stormin rite now ) and i was going to reach for the soap and a huge spider crawled onto the wall next to me 2 in. away
i freaked out and ran out of the bathroom w/ towel on
Hmm, either I have not experienced a lot of frightening things, or else I am rather brave (prolly the first), but the scariest moment(s) in my life occurred when I was a lot younger, and got away from my parents, when they were shopping in some mall. This has happened a lot of times, of course, but it was really scary anyway... Must have been the age... Or when I lost my plushie in said malls.
Other scary things have all been happening in my head anyway, after watching horror movies (too much imagination, even now)...
