I don't know why I posted this topic, but I'm going to.
You know when you play GTA Vice City (not GTA San Andreas) the mouse doesn't work or the game would freeze, well, here's what to do.
"It's really simple!"
Step 1: Right-click the application "GTA_VC"
Step 2: Click "Properties"
Step 3: Go to tab named "Compatibility"
Step 4: Click the box in "Compatibility Mode"
Step 5: Look below the box and look for "Windows 98/Windows Me"
Step 6: Click "Apply" and press "OK"
P.S Delete the file GTA_VC.exe. I believe it's in the file "anim". Then, you're done. You're mouse works and you could play right now.
