What if a man were to survive from prehistory to the present day, he would just age to 30 and then never grow old? And what if that man were to meet Buddha and learn a message of peace and love from him then try to pass on that message to a bunch of people somewhere else, what if he healed a few of them with eastern medicine he had learned with Buddha.
What if then the romans would cricifie him and he's shut down his body as he had learned in the east and simply walk away from his toomb to the amasement of a few believers who happened to be there...
There is nothing known about the childhood of Christ, it's as if He never had one.
