Its a Cat crossed with a dog that has some of it's hair shaved off.

cat = Mouth, eyes and body
Dog = Face and lega

its a rabbit cat from hell!!!

It does not look anything like a dog. I'd say bat ears, rat body and cat whiskers.

Look at the eyes. No canines have that sort of pupil. Therefore it is a cat. A pretty ugly cat, but a cat.
