Every time I eat McDonald's, the next day I fell horrible depressed. All I want to do is lay there and watch TV. I even lose my urge to eat or even move. Video games lose their fun, and I don't even feel like being alive. This has caused me to decide to never again eat McDonald's for the rest of my life. I'll still eat fast food, because only McD's has this affect of me.
So, how many others have a similar experience with McDonald's?
I have never experienced or even heard of this happening to anybody ever. Are you sure that it's just not you. You might have some weird reaction to McDonalds. What do you think?
Hmmm...Intersesting.... It could be the ingreadints or mabey you think about this and all the while you start to think your actully feeling all this. But if your freinds experince it to then I gusse it might be the McDonalds you go to.
Mabey the place dose not care because yiu and your freinds probley eat from the same place.
Didn't they include that in the statement when they created the documentary on the guy who ate nothing but McDonalds for a month in the movie "Super Size Me"?
Its because all the grease and sugar can give ur body a shock, make you tired... kind of unnatural fatigue so you dont have the energy. Being tired can kinda cut down your motivation :P
Are you sure about that one, TheDarkGypsy, because if you are then this is pretty muched setteled. I thought it was just him because it has never ever happened to me, but I guess it is possible to happen to anyone.
If you eat healthy and are active, then your body produced endorphins which make you happy. I would imagine that McDonald's is pretty much the exact opposite of being healthy.
Also, it could just be the thought of eating it that makes you sad. For example, if you realize later, oh that was unhealthy I really should not have eaten that burger... that though could make you depressed.
Oh yeah, I never thought of that the thought of it could make you depressed. That's very true because if your mind is saying something of coarse you're going to belive it. Just like those experiments that they did with the mind and stuuf. They were cool and they proved tht your mind set affects you in a huge way.
