here are a couple of tips i have for cargobridge, if you have any other feel free to add them.
You don't need to use all your money up. infact the complete opposite. Adter you beat a level try going back and using less materials to save money and get more points.
In alot of levels there are 2 anchors directly above or below each other. You will find that if the bridge is 3 or more segments long these don't support the middle sections well and if something heavy or alot of workers travel on those segements they will collapse pretty easily. To avoid this try putting the suport in the shape of an "m" like this. ________ /\\ /\\ /\\ ___/__\\/__\\/__\\__ | | | |
sorry i don't know how to take screenshots.
In the later levels when there is more different materials, it's ok to use a cheaper material if it does the job just as good but is still required for it not to collapse.
When you are making the support whether it's above or under you're walkway don't put to much framework as this will weigh you're structure down and cause it to collapse. If this does happen start by deleting the bars the fuesest to the outside as they are normally are the cause of the problem.
if your bridge keeps on collapsing then watch carefully which part of the walkway that falls first and try and reinforce that part of your bridge.
Here's my solution to level 22, which I thought was pretty sneaky.
Here's my solution to level 23. I just barely scraped by on that one.
And here's my 28 meter long bridge in challenge mode, which looked pretty elegant to me.
Having all that cash doesn't really help as much as you would think, because spending more money on connectors just makes everything heavier. It's the light bridges that work.
