If you got the money to fork down to build a good gaming pc thats the way to go, with consoles its more of what type of game you prefer playing, in my opinion.

All of them are good in what they are : Xbox360 is for enjoy with people, shooters, and HD arcades are AWESOME. By the way, the controler of Xbox360 is recognized as the second best controler for play games after the computer mouse.
Play 3 is for play alone, and watch p0 rn in bluray. Seriously.
Wii is for family and friends, and play classics as Mario and stuff. Well, the moving stuff is fun (Until Xbox360 releases project Nathan)
Computer: All of those + websites, etc...
So don't flame. I have all of those, and for play I prefer Wii, computer and Xbox, but each of them is for one specifically thing.
All depends on the amount of money you have, If you dont have much then get a wii, if you have a lil get a 360. Got quite a bit get a Ps3 got loads get a decent computer.
wii: no. dont get it. computer: yes, new games every day, and most are free. but ps3 and xbox have better games, but cost 30-50$ each game. ps3 and xbox:costly, but my second choice.
I'm best at computer games, just more natural for me. Probably because I use it more often. Xbox is nice though, if I ever got a console that's what I would get. No way for PS3, it's a waste of money. Always has been always will be. Oh ya, Wii...seems like it would get boring after awhile.
