Healing Hands- you can heal bullet and shrapnel wounds better
Peircing Rounds- rounds fired from your gun can go through small walls, light armor, etc
Impact Blast- your rockets do more damage on contack with walls, armor, etc
Blast Radius- your grenades due more damage with blast and shrapnel
Camo- Your harder to spot when standing still
Hitler Youth- you have more endurance and firearms training due to this 'boyscout' like training
Binoculars- you can spot enemy units before they spot you
Retribution- you've heard what the soviets do to prisoners, and will NOT surrender, also increases the moral of ally units in your platoon, area, etc --- "Surrender is forbidden. 6 Army will hold their positions to the last man and the last round and by their heroic endurance will make an unforgettable contribution towards the establishment of a defensive front and the salvation of the Western world."

My only complaint is that it sounds like the NCO is really overpowered in comparison to the other classes. He basically makes the stormtrooper and the grenadier unnecessary, and the Sturmtruppen is only marginally useful with explosives.
yea i noticed that, then i had to get off and since thers no edit button...i orriginally had it so that he only had the walther p38, but nco's and oficers got the mp40 as it came.
