I don't like much fighting games, the only I liked a bit is Tekken. my favorite character is Yoshimitsu. (if it's that his name)

I agree with Tekken, its just soo much better than all the other fighting games. My favourite character is and always has been Jin Kazama/Devil Jin.

Soul Calibur. Best. Fighting game. EVAR. My fav char. is probably Kilik, but I like Maxi, Siegfried, and Mitsurugi, too.

my favorite game is probably/ most likely Street Fighter 2. either the regular version or the turbo version or even hd version i dont really care. and i love playing as Ryu. he is so B.A. oh i almost forgot the system either on NES or Xbox live

g33kg0d, the question states from the sony platform not others. I would probably go with Mortal Kombat: Deception Collector's Edition, as for characters I liked most of them but Nightwolf was especially awesome.

Yakuza, I beleve it counts most of its fighting was with fists/melee weapons and the game was very long, and had alot of things to do.

I don't really like fighting games that much.

However, I do like UFC, the new game for PS3. There are a lot of different characters to choose from so I don't really have a favourite character.

soul calibur 4 is the only fighting game i ever liked.

Mine is Soul Calibur from 1 - 3. The 4th one was a disappointment after I played 3.

My fav. chars. was Nightmare Costume 2 in 4, and my custom char. in 3. They destroyed the customization in 4.
