the adverts that make me wait every window... the young kids that want to rule a website... the users that just want to have a place to play games and chat... where is the line... where is the PEE C??? dont get it? well read deep.... NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE
Now that I think did the mods ban the guy who creted the war is good thread? That was criminal, he was saying that who kills small children and innocent population is a hero.
ChristianPatriot? Ya, he got perma-banned and deleted.
If you don't like the site, just leave. Some of us might actually like the site, even if we've been here for a million years...
and if your complaining about the features, armorgames is only 1 and a half years old, it's not fully developed yet. Plus, nothing's perfect.
Who? ChristianPatriot? Ya, he got perma-banned and deleted.
Except me.
Some of us might actually like the site
Exactly, I like the site. It may have a few bad users, but its a good site. Just very quiet.
I myself love this site. I like it so much it's my homepage, but it's got WAY to many ghosts and comment spammers.
Alot of the people I started with are no longer here.
But on a sidenote.
Holy Canoli Batman, Firetail-madness is alive!
Or I just haven't seen him at all.
And actually be interested in this site.
Dedication to AG is one of the important features of moderators on here.
Can't just haul any intelligent and mature kids with time on their hands in.
I think Cenere would make a great mod personally. One more thing to add to that list is grammar. We could have the most reliable person on the site, but their grammar might make them hard to understand.
I suppose maturity = responsibility + reliability
Activeness doesn't play a big part in becoming a mod, or maybe they just become less active after becoming a mod o.o
And I'm now considering quitting the site, this forum as become crappy. With those ****ty threads, polls, what do you hate, what d you like, clubs. Disgusting.Fleeing solves nothing. It just means you give up.
How???? Flaming those b-tards, telling them not to post crappy threads ~?Try informing them of the rules in a polite way. If they flame you for doing so, contact a mod. That way we should get a lot of crappy posters who'll resort to flaming weeded out. Thus fewer issues with them
[quote]Do you wont those guys to do what they want? Do you want ignorant and fascist persons rule even a Game-website
My opinion would to make 'minimods' if you will. People who are on a lot and who contribute to the community. You wouldn't give them full mod powers, but just the ability to delete spam posts but not lock threads, ban people, etc. That would add a little something to the community.Just deleting spam posts doesn't really do anything.
I don't care who wins or looses. I want to spend my time, not waste it.If AG frustrates you so much, leave. Yapping about "I wanna quuuuuuuit" only makes things worse.
Anyway, I forgot something, another thing that would help is to add in the rules to not post in noobish. And at least TRY to have decent grammar. There are quite a few things missing from the rules currently. It is being taken care of. They'll be updated. Not sure that one is gonna be implemented, but a note might get added somewhere. Who knows.

That's just it, we're not hauling them in. Most people who become moderators are interested in the site, correct? We would measure the components of a moderator like this. But Kipdon, those are already part of what we look for in future moderators. You are not suggesting anything that isn't already taking place.
-User Activity
-Responsibility
-Reliability
-Interest in Armor Games
People could add on other things to judge by if they want, these are just off the top of my head. User Activity is a must, we need mods that have more time to find and stop spam. Responsibility is needed from every good worker. The mod also has to be reliable, we have to be able to trust someone to delete spam and not a hundred pages of help. The potential moderator(s) would have to have an interest in the good of Armor Games. These are things you could look for when you find someone that might make a good moderator.
Activeness doesn't play a big part in becoming a mod, or maybe they just become less active after becoming a mod o.oI've been a lot less responsive to profile comment chatter, but aside from that stayed just as active. I think NoName might have been more active as a mod, but then again I joined shortly before he became one, so I'm not sure.

In general, though, activity is definitely also something that's looked for. Remember that you do far from always realize when a mod is on. We don't always post.
Just deleting spam posts doesn't really do anything.
What we need are regular members to add a but more responsibly.
i agree. i think this site has become a bit dull, and i haven't been in for very long!
my suggestion is try kongregate, it has more freedom and more things to do.
if not, i suggest just quit flash gaming all together.
Yes, I have no life.
That's actually decently well summed up.
NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE
and why is it that mods are only one short times? They aren't on much because, yes, they have lives, (Zega, thanks for putting that out there) and need to go on with that too. The site isn't going to DIE. It just needs a little improvment. You can't make everything as great as... well, PIE!: )
Really, what do you mean with this? What would your visionary plan for the site be?
but i still think that more people should be responsible for AG
