Unless I am mistaken, I do not think that there is a homepage tool on the site already. I was wondering if it would be possible to allow AG users to "click" on an action button or a link of some sort which enables them to come straight to AG when they open up the internet. What do you all think?

One could always go

Tool> Options

and change it themselves. Two clicks and ten seconds.

This is really pointless imo.

Just set your homepage up yourself.

Tools -> Options -> Homepage -> Type in the URL of the site you want to set as your homepage.

I have never on any site I've gone to seen a site option that said "make this page your homepage". o_o Maybe I just go to the wrong places.

But making AG your homepage manually should be simpler than adding it to the still growing list of things the devs need to work on. >_>

Easier way


FF3

at the left most part of the address bar there is the AG logo.
drag the logo to the home button(the one that looks like a house)
that;s the easy way to do it.

No I believe it work on basically all web surfing programs, even seamonkey.

Another easy bookmarking way on FF3

Drag the Icon on the left of the address bar, if you have bookmark toolbar enabled. Simply drag it there. easy one click bookmark
