Searched for duplicates.I am now well aware how to make a link without saying www. etc, but it is still beyond me how to make on in your about.
The same way as doing it in a post. I would recommend you took a look in the Newcomer's section, there is a bbc guide.
As Cenere said the newcomers section helps. Personally I go into a thread (any it doesn't matter) and put in the link as usual then copy and paste it into the about writing box.Its easier than typing the code out (marginally)
