Covenant ships don't have names like "Death&Destruction", they have symbolic or meaningful names, like "Truth&Reconciliation", or "TheSearchingShard" 2. An Elite doesn't have to try to trade his plasma pistol with a grunt, he just takes it and keeps his plasma pistol 3. Elites don't use heavy weapons. They use handguns and energy swords usually
