I wasn't born on leap year but think it would be really cool . . .kind of. And by the way . . . sorry for the off topicness, but what exactly is spamming and how can you avoid it?

Spam is the fastest way to make other people angry to you and you can quickly got banned in a forum.

Excessive rude language.
