I am currently writing this from my iPod touch and all I can say is that is it great!!!!u can surf the Internet, check your mail, download really cool games and yes ofcourse u can listen I tons of music....judging from the 2items u are choosing from I think your budget Is around 400$-500$...Personally I am an xbox HATER so I will suggest that if u want to go for a gaming console go for a PS3 cause it's around the same price...overall I would choose an xbox-360/PS3 if I do not have a gaming console of any type(if you have a PS2 that is perfectly fine) but if I do own a gaming console I would choose an I-pod touch

Whichever you prefer . . . I personally prefer iPod touch.

360 hands down... if you are a real gamer go with the 360... one question though... would you be able to get online? btw im a tester for microsoft so i would never choose the ipod XD

xbox360 you can make more things with it.

Get the Ipod Touch. It's amazing... Well so is the Xbox 360. Well, I don't know. I guess get the Ipod Touch.

You can hook a 360 up to your computer and put songs, videos, and pictures all on your console kinda like a Touch. Plus you also have the bonus of playing better games as well.

Xbox 360. I have both and I LOVEEE the 360. I'm listening to my iPod right nowm but i should have gotten a normal one becuase all i really do is watch videos and listen to music on it.

360, b/c it can do everything a ipod touch can do (except being a touch screen).
plus the games are really good, and the live system is so awesome
