Do you think that the Wii is starting to suck? I do

These were both excellent games. Also, the Wii has got the same **** games over again. I am sick of them making Mario, Zelda, and Sonic for the Wii. It's the same **** thing over and over again with Nintendo.


Remind me again how many Final Fantasy's there are, or how many maddens, or sims, or age of empires and its variations, or Battleground (There were nine fucking series in three years).

My point being, you can bitch and moan about how many sequels Nintendo has, but when everyone else is doing the same damn thing doesn't it kinda lose its sting? The reason sequels are made is because they make money.

Game developers don't want to go out on a limb to make a possibly awesome game only to have it fail. Then they are out millions of dollars and up shit creek. Why do that when you can make already reliable games such as final fantasy, metroid, halo etc. etc.

The reason you see all these 'different' types of fps' roaming around is because they have the same concept but you don't hear people mentioning that now do you? It is the age of the fps I am sad to say just as in the 90's you had rpgs ruling the area thus there were various amounts of rpgs that were basically the same thing but people still bought it because it had new face or better graphics....

Anyway I lost where I was going on my end point.

Hmm, here is my opinion on the Wii.

It started sucking after they never made any games that used the motion sensing to its full potential.

At first they were making games where you just simply swing the wiimote back and forth, and I thought maybe that they were just getting started, and they just needed more time to create games that would include more aspects of the motion sensing. Then a year or so after it was out, there were STILL no games that used the motion sensing to its full potential. Instead they made games where you would turn the wiimote on its side and use it like a normal controller, no motion sensing whatsoever.

The motion sensing has so much potential, yet they didn't use it at all.

Wii is more for like sports games, not really the genre of games on the ps3 and 360 (fps, rts, etc) The graphics yea arent the greatest, but the controls are what makes the Wii, well, the Wii ^.^ I admit i had alot of fun with my brother and his GF playing Wii Sports. It got really intense on Tennis ^.^

The Wii doesn't suck, it has some of the best games I've ever played, namely Mario Galaxy and LoZ Twilight Princess. Plus it also has Mario Kart and SSBB. I'm agreed with Furzen, Wii Sports is another great standby when you get some friends together.

It's the same as every other Nintendo system awesome 1st party games and maybe 5 awesome 3rd party games.

Nintendo could have made the motion sensor tech more like Microsoft's upcoming 'Project NATAL'(but that would've probably set back the release date a lot)

and bombed like natal will. But microsoft can throw money like that away.

Wii is more for like sports games

My wii broke in like 2 days. I was sick and puking so ill i could do was play viedo bames so i played zelda twilight princess for 6 hrs start and it broke. the problem with the wii is the tried too make a new concept on a cheap system. If the made a good system and cost like 350$ like the xbox it would have been better. Also i think that apart fom zelda, it doesnt have any good eclusive titles expect for like mario
