Personally I go for Halo.
Reasons: Larger population-proof-trillions of Flood,billions of covenant,thousands of UNSC rebels, more than trillions sentinals and forrunners, and billions of UNSC
Better troop quality(mostly)
equal or better weapons/armour
And finally, they have a more powerful navy, the true factor in a Sci-Fi battle.
