You can get a 30 day free trial of Adobe Flash, but after that you have to buy the full version which is pretty expensive. So you need to make sure that it is definitely something you want before you buy the full version.

As for how to use it, you should check out the Programming Help section of the forums. It has many helpful guides and suggestions.

Well some websites ( like this one) have free games you can download to a site, but you have to credit them for it.
