It's simple what would you do with it? Everything in the world is 1Million dollars and you had that much exactly. You have to think of the ONE thing that you want the most (or do the most).
I would be SMART, and invest half of it, then make even more money. Once I reach 60 billion, I would use 40 billion of it to buy the New York Yankees, then make MORE money. Then, I would buy three Spyker C8 Spyders, one Bugatti Veyron, and one Ferrari Enzo. I would also buy Microsoft, then make MORE money. After all that, I'd buy a ginormous house and put a 300 foot television in my living room. Man, Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto IV for PS3 would look great on that. So, in the end, I'll live happily ever after
