Hmmm..... WEll, I've only gotten to him on spycho, but people may read this not knowing it's just for bio. Here was my moveset for my electric psycho: traumatize, wraith form, shock thearapy, shock therapy, subversion, repeat replacing wraith form with whatever. I think that works. The idea is, you traumatize him so he loses too much focus to heal, then you go to wraith form/free will while he's still taking less damagae and is stunned. Then you use shock therapy twice, while he attacks you twice. I don't know what his focus requierment for healing is, but once you find out, just spam shock therapy at him until he has enough to heal, then use retrograde/sebversion/whatever it's called. He hurts himself and you constantly spam shock therapy at him while not retrograding him. It works, because he doesn't heal, and shock therapy hits rather well on him if you are a a high level and put almost all points to instinct.
Short version: traumatize, wraith, shock, shock, retrograde, traumatize, free will, shock shock retrograde, repeat. It may be 3 shocks, but I think it's just two. I know this doesn't help the OP, but at least it will help other people. This fight will take a freaking long time this way, but it can't fail.
Yes... there's a pattern with doctor kilma. Max out crystalize and equip 2 of em. Use one right after the other. After the second one ends use subversion. Wait till your crystalize comes back and repeat.
