Yes i know but he was new. He had only started like a week ago. He had not become familiar with al of the rules yet.

Also, no offence, but I think your new brotheh should have known that spamming is wrong. I don't care if he didn't know that he'd lose points for it, he shouldnt' have done it even if he was GAINING points for posts.
