If you don't know by now, there are a few flash games that have made it to the PS3, PSP, and Xbox. They started as flash games but had a lot of work put into them, and came out best sellers.
I think ArmorGames needs to make such a game. With all these mini games, you know there is enough material to work with. Just put some time into the art side, some 4 player action, and you have yourselves a game of the year.
Heck, you could probably do something like a Mario Party and still get away with just making mini games.
Dev Kit costs, Wii are very cheap, this is a plus. Publishing costs, you can make a game and it won't ever see the light if you don't get a publisher
Programming, since those Dev Kits don't run Flash code, so you have to employ someone with at least some experience
The whole point is that it costs a lot to make a console game, and it might not even sell enough to cover these costs, between piracy, marketing, reviews, etc
