Zombies are the living dead, so I assume they can. But it makes no sense that they can die twice. And if zombies can die, can't they just come back to life again? That would mean that Sonny would have unlimited health and would never be able to die, and therefore the game would be completely pointless and Krin would not be a well-known name.
