I'm pretty sure it's activision, but whoever it is there making a Modern Warfare 2. But it's not called call of duty. just modern warfare 2

Its activion they have all of the creation rights to all call of duty games no one else is liscensed to make one.

I just read an article on this. Without the Call Of Duty Title, ModernWarfare 2's awereness has dropped about 50%. Thats going to hurt them alot when they sell it...

O_O seriously? Oh well... why didn't they put the Call Of Duty title on it on the first place? Because they didn't want their games to be known as Treyarch's games also? Maybe... Oh well I'm so psyched about this game
