So, you all know medieval war, right?
What was your favourite kind of medieval unit?

Like knights on horses, swordsmen, archers, etc.

Only drawback is it's hard to shoot while moving...


The future-horseback archers were trained since there were children, so aiming on horseback became second nature to them. Japanese samurai did this, but it was a sport, and not used in combat. Ussualy, the horse back archers would ride up, shoot, and then ride away. Hit and Run Tactics. Eventually they would wear down the opposing army, and then attack and stay for good. I've beaten so many online games in age of empires by doing this and fleeing to a walled city (turtling)

Rangers most people think there fake but there not they were comoflouged archers with mindblowing speed and acrcurcy
