I made this before, but it was more of a popularity contest, so it got locked. So I updated it, and now you guys get to decide who goes to the top. You get 3 turns. Each turn you move someone up. You can't move the same person up multiple times. You have to move up 3 different people But you can only post once every other page, so that it stays fair. Your 2nd and 3rd and 4th etc. posts can't contain the same three people. At least 1 of them has to be different as the post you had before

I just thought of something. If users are bumping other users up or down, wouldn't that count as peer popularity? Usually people would bump their friends up, and if someone is a friend of everyone... I might just be hyper. Anyway, Jess, isn't Nemo a moderator? If so, I don't think this should get moderators to go insane any time soon.
