OK so this is very simple heres how you do it: The Person under me rates how much they've seen me in the forums from 1-10, and then the person under them does they same. Simple.
1- never 2- once 3- A few times 4- often 5- alot 6- many times 7- amazingly alot 8- most games 9- almost every game 10- every game
