wow u can't read that? well it's not everyone that can this. People knowing the English vocabulary since a long time ago, and is surrounded by English will be more at ease to read something that has mistakes in it.
I can read it...but it really doesn't surprise me that there are people who can't. It's an interesting experiment in how the human mind works and it does a good job showing how different minds work in different ways. I think I would feel better about my english skills if I couldn't read it.
Contradicting yourself, are you? To read it, you need to be at least decent when it comes to reading English, and then, if it is the first time, you might need to read it a couple of times to make sure you get it right. 55% might be too small, but 98 is too high.
