Hello, I need help on making a game. I plan on making a world war 2 game that play simular to fuedilism but will have a story line and free play mode as well as much more.I need to find a game making program that is good for newcomers and can do all the stuff I listed ubove. And if possible free would be best!!

And to make a good game you'll have to buy adobe flash for 700$. There's a free trial.
