Well that should have been reflected previously. If your Armor Points decreases today, it is because they lowered the point values of certain things because the point scale was a bit high before. You will notice that you get less points for comments not. Forum posts are still the same. But it acted retroactively and reduced the points from the comments and ratings you already made.
I am pretty sure that those points are lost. But it was only lost from the span of when the new site was uploaded to when it actually went live, which was less than a day. So hopefully it wasn't too many.
