The duck would win is bigger and stronger. The bat stays in caves and fights well only when there isn't much light.

The duck. My reason being that ducks have full vision while bats don't. Take a look at this one:

Bats don't usually take on prey that are larger than themselves...

So, i think Aflac wins in this one.

Never mess with a duck's young. Trust me. One of the critters chased me half a mile when I didn't see that i was in arms length away from it's little-un. D:

No, the duck would win. It has fat feathers, and a powerful beak.

If the duck quacks loud enough it will deafen the bat and then the bat can't hear so it goes crazy and flies infront of a moving truck. Simple.

If they were both actually trying to fight to the death I suppose the bat would win if it managed to get i foot on each eye of the duck and wrap its wings around the ducks head ot hold itself in place, but I'm thinking purely because of size if the bat missed it's first strike it'd get done pretty hard.

On another note my cat left what looked like a family of bats skinned and on my door step.

I prefer to say duck because can you look at the duck is bigger than the bat.duck is omnivore animal.it can easly defeating the bat and eat it.

Heheh... but if the duck is an omnivore it might get distracted by vegetables or something.
